a5c7b9f00b Deeply ensconced in a top-secret military program, three pilots struggle to bring an artificial intelligence program under control before it initiates the next world war. In the near future, the Navy develops a fighter jet piloted by an artificial intelligence computer. The jet is placed on an aircraft carrier in the Pacific to learn combat manuevers from the human pilots aboard. But when the computer develops a mind of its own, it's the humans who are charged with stopping it before it incites a war... Patent:- 5,984,231 Forward Swept Wing Aircraft. Northup Grumman Patent. 1999. This plane is barely different from that in the movie. There is also the use of the frame of the X-2a Fighter Bomber from the game Ace Combat 4. Finally I point out that in the Movie I-Spy they find them self's after the aforementioned Switchblade Stealth air frame. Then again it's the same company making this film as I-Spy so I cant blame them for reusing the frame. OK now the US navy fighter is off my chest. But i will not forgive them for using the SU-27 ultra frame a/e the SU-35 as the enemy frame wall the SU-37 world have worked much better for comparison This is a perfect example of a Hollywood movie made only to be eye-candy and nothing else. The plot changes completely part way through, although I suppose that is supposed to be the "twist". The characters are completely unbelievable. The smart plane is just corny. This movie is ultra predictable... you know right from the moment the smart plane is revealed with a cockpit that can hold a person, that it will. You know the love interest that will develop. You know the comic relief black guy is expendable. You know the commander is going to get it in the end. You know the smart plane will have to be destroyed. You know... I could go on and on... but I won't. Complete waste of time. A sort of retarded "Top Gun," Rob Cohen's Stealth revisits the world of cocky fighter pilots and war games turned real, but it has some serious moral quandaries on the brain, and too much thinking gets it into trouble. Their is no official service wide policy in effect in peacetime. Whether or not officers and enlisted personnel wear dress uniform, uniform of the day or civilian clothing to frequent bars and nighclubs while overseas and off duty. Then it is always up to the discretion of the commanding officer of each command/unit/ship/submarine to set forth the uniform of the day requirements regarding how service members will be attired while off duty and mixing with the local civilian population. Keep in mind that whenever in uniform American service members are representing their nation and should always be on their best behavior. While stationed in the USA then uniform requirements are often relaxed for local commands including those stationed in Alaska and Hawaii. For naval personnel, dress whites are always difficult to keep clean the majority of the time.
